Choose who sees which pages. Start with admin, management, office, factory and fitters, then add exceptions for a single person.
Office and management also see the money pages, and you can switch that off for any person. Factory and fitting teams see no money.
Private information stays limited.
Sickness is shown only to managers. Everyone else sees “Off”. Only managers see the sickness trend.
Money items in attention emails go only to people allowed to see money.
Every person has their own sign-in.
Each person signs in with their own login, and a sign-in lasts until midnight, then asks again. You can switch a person off at any time, and their access ends at once.
Connections to the app are encrypted (HTTPS), and sign-in can be limited to your company's own email addresses.
Changes leave a trace.
Changes to settings are recorded with who made them and what the value was before. Every email the system sends is listed, and sign-ins are logged, so you can see what happened and when.
Your data stays yours.
Your company's information is yours. We do not sell it, share it between companies or use it for anything other than running MehlSoft for you.
Nothing is changed behind your back.
Updates to a project from your sales system are shown first, field by field, and only what you tick is written. Suggestions are never applied automatically.

Can MehlSoft change my accounts?
No. The link to Xero is read only. It cannot create, edit or delete an invoice or a payment.
Who can see the money?
Only the roles and people you choose. Factory and fitting teams see no money at all. Money items in emails go only to people allowed to see them.
Can I see who is allowed to do what?
Yes. Pages for each role are listed in settings, with any exceptions for a single person, so you can check at any time.
