Who we are
This website is run by MehlSoft. You can reach us at hello@mehlsoft.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, the kind of business you run, and your message. We also see the technical details any website sees, such as the address your connection comes from, for security.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a demo. We use it for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who handles it
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Your enquiry is passed to a Google service that emails it to our mailbox, and a confirmation is sent back to you. These providers process the details for us only to deliver the message.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to answer you and follow up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and has no analytics or tracking scripts.
Your rights
Ask us, any time.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email hello@mehlsoft.com and we will reply within 5 working days. If you are unhappy with how we handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
